This year, we're centering our focus on various themes that will not only make physical fitness fun but also delve into important life skills:
1. Physical Fitness: Wear your tennis shoes, comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle for some active fun!
2. You Matter: Explore feelings, self-worth, and stress management.
3. True versus Fake Friends: Tackle issues of bullying and peer pressure.
4. My Actions Make a Difference: Learn about social media and decision-making.
5. I Look Good!: Navigate through puberty, body image, and hygiene.
6. Kind Words Matter: Embrace etiquette, manners, and respectful communication.
BOT Club Highlights:
Participants will cap off the session with a 5K fun run, inviting family members to join in the excitement.
Engage in self-discovery through discussions, reflections, and various activities.
Develop leadership skills that will last a lifetime.
Form new friendships, discover interests, and acquire valuable skills.
Boost communication skills and confidence – witness the transformation from day one to the last day!
Enjoy at least three thrilling field trips!
Breakfast Option:
Parents have the opportunity to enroll their sons in the Breakfast Option, allowing them to enjoy a free breakfast at AHS at 8:00 AM before heading to Wescott Field for club activities. Don't forget to select the Breakfast Option on the registration form if you want your son to start the day with a nutritious meal!
Feet Healthy and Happy:
Daily physical activity is a vital part of BOT Club. Ensure your child wears good-fitting athletic shoes to support their foot development. Running in sandals, “Crocs” or other shoes not designed for physical activity has the potential to damage the development of the foot, causing pain in the future. We'll collaborate with community partners to provide athletic shoes to participants in need.

- Registration opens on March 1st, 2024.
